Exchanges and Return policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with its original tags.

To start a return or exchange, you must send an email to info@kaiwalu.com
If your return is accepted, we will then refund you, using the same payment method. If you used Multibanco you need to send us your IBAN so we can make the refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Note that, in case of a return or exchange it is the client's responsibility to pay the shipping fee to send the product back to us.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
